The Dr. Regina B. Shearn Corrections Transition Program

The mission of the Corrections Transition Program (CTP) is to prepare long-term incarcerated individuals who are approaching release for a successful transition from incarceration to the community. Through education, meaningful dialogue, interaction, and practical post-incarceration survival skills, the Program seeks to provide participants with the knowledge, confidence, and tools necessary to navigate the challenges of reintegration and build productive, responsible, and fulfilling lives.
